Find Avise in the middle of the waterway area in Jaune Sector 9 in the Jaune District.

Ride the Holovator east of Cafe Soleil.

Head to the left side and climb the rooftop.

Follow the path leading to the bridge leading to another rooftop.

How to Reach Avise Step 4
Look down from the rooftop to find Avise and two other trainers below. Use Rotom Glide to drop down.
