The best spot to hunt Shiny Spritzee is at Rouge Sector 2 by fast travelling to Wild Zone 3 at Rouge District, north of Lumiose City.

Other Pokemon that may Shiny spawn are Skiddo, Pikachu, Pidgeotto, Patrat, Budew, and Pancham.

How to Shiny Hunt

①
Shiny Hunt Location
Fast travel to Wild Zone 3 and go to scaffolding at the northeast corner of Rouge Sector 2.
② Climb the scaffolding and make your way to the west side fo Rouge Sector 2 to spot the Spritzee.
③ Repeatedly fast travel to Wild Zone 3 and climbing up Rouge Sector 2 until you spot a Shiny Pokemon.

If you do spot a Shiny Pokemon, save your game first before tryig to catch it.

If no Shiny Pokemon spawns, keep fast travelling until you spot one.

Once you see a Shiny Spritzee, they will not despawn if you don't interact with them. However, some Pokemon may get nervous and flee, which does despawn them, so you should save your game before you attempt to catch the Shiny
