How to Unlock Jumbo Variety Pumpkaboo
Unlock Main Mission 35
To unlock Jumbo Variety Pumpkaboo, you will need to play until you have reached Main Mission 35. This will require you to return to Hotel Z after completing Main Missions 32, 33, and 34.

You can start the Jumbo Variety Pumpkaboo mission by speaking to Taille in North Boulevard. She can be found next to Cafe Action, along with her collection of Pumpkaboo.
How to Find Jumbo Pumpkaboo
Change to Nighttime
Although Pumpkaboo spawns both during the day and at night, Jumbo Pumpkaboo only appears at night. Be sure to switch to nighttime first before checking the spawns. You can do this by resting on a bench.
Keep in mind that Jumbo Pumpkaboo is different from Alpha Pumpkaboo or XL Pumpkaboo, with these having a chance to spawn during the day. Don’t catch any Alpha, as Taille will just reject those.
How to Change Time To Night or Day
Go to Wild Zone 15
As Taille mentioned, the best place to hunt for Pumpkaboo is in Wild Zone 15. Head there to start your hunt for a Jumbo Pumpkaboo!
Wild Zone 15 is just ahead of where Taille and her Pumpkaboo are, so keep heading north and you should be able to reach it.
Wild Zone 15 Pokemon and How to Unlock
Check All Pumpkaboo Spawns
Next, head to the main road of Wild Zone 15. All Pumpkaboo should be spawning here, so try catching a few to compare their sizes. Chances are, one of them will be a Jumbo!
Use the Pokeball Logo to Determine Size Variants
When checking for the Pumpkaboo variant, use the Poke Ball logo in the background for comparison. A Jumbo Pumpkaboo will almost cover the entire Poke Ball, while smaller ones will not.
Other indicators of a Jumbo Pumpkaboo include its size in the overworld, which is almost half the height of your character, and its pitched-down cry compared to smaller ones.
Take note that these Pumpkaboo sizes are form variations and not size classifications. Jumbo Pumpkaboo can still have the size classification of XS, S, M, or L.
Fast Travel to Force a Respawn
If no Jumbo Pumpkaboo spawn for you, you can force a respawn by fast traveling. This will reroll all the Pumpkaboo, giving you a better chance of finding a Jumbo.

Catch a Jumbo Pumpkaboo
Jumbo Variety Pumpkaboo only requires you to catch a Jumbo Pumpkaboo. Once you have one, give it to Taille to complete the mission. If you already have a Jumbo Pumpkaboo, you can skip the catching process and hand it to her right away.

Don't Give an Alpha Pumpkaboo
Taille will make it clear that she doesn’t want an Alpha Pumpkaboo, even if they're noticeably larger. Be sure to catch only a regular Jumbo Pumpkaboo!

Completing Jumbo Variety Pumpkaboo rewards you with ₽6,000, five Seeds of Mastery, and two Rare Candies.
You can use Seeds of Mastery to unlock Plus Moves, which are especially effective against Alpha and Rogue Mega Pokemon. Rare Candies, on the other hand, can be used to level up a Pokémon by one stage.

Anonymous about 2 monthsOf note: the size rating (S, M, L, etc) are NOT related to the Pumpkaboo varieties. When I went to deliver it, I had an S and an M-sized Jumbo that counted.
