Include Lucario In Your Party

To start the side mission, place a Lucario in your current party and head to the rooftop of Hotel Z. Talk to Korrina and select You bet! to start the battle.

It is recommended to use a Level 100 Lucario, equipped with a Lucarionite, and has the following moves: Protect, Bullet Punch, Close Combat, and Aura Sphere.

Note that only a single Lucario is allowed in the battle. You cannot include other Pokemon in the party.

Defeat Korrina's Lucario

Korrina

Korrina's Lucario will Mega Evolve into Mega Lucario Z at the start of the battle.

This form has higher Special Attack stat but with slightly worse defense stats. Use Fighting-type moves like Aura Sphere and Close Combat to take advantage of her Lucario's weakness. Defeat her Pokemon to complete the side mission.

If your Lucario gets knocked out, you can speak with Korrina to retry the battle.
