How to Unlock Apartment Block Eeriness
Progress Main Mission 20
Apartment Block Eeriness can be unlocked once you return to Hotel AZ after visiting the Rust Syndicate Office during Main Mission 20. Other side missions will also unlock alongside this.

You can accept this Mission from Ante, who can be found outside the battle court in Rouge Sector 7.
Apartment Block Eeriness Walkthrough
Climb the Nearby Ladder
After accepting the quest, you will need to get to the rooftop of the nearby building. To do this, you will need to climb the nearby ladder, which is west of where Ante is standing.
Follow the Dedenne

After climbing onto the roof, you will find a Dedenne. After it runs away, follow it to the other side of the rooftop.
Defeat the Dedenne
After catching up with the Dedenne, you may interact with it to initiate a battle. It is Level 45 and is weak against Poison and Ground-type moves.
Keep in mind that the Dedenne will be agitated, so you will not be able to catch it.

Ante will reward you with a Magnet, 3 Wacan Berries, as well as 4000 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
The Magnet is a held item that can boost the power of your Pokemon's Electric-type attacks. On the other hand, the Wacan Berry can weaken an opponent's super effective Electric-type attack when given to a Pokemon.
