You may accept this mission by speaking to the Rust Syndicate Grunt in Bleu Sector 3. You may find him by the defunct Holovator north of Aymlis Park.

You may speak to the grunt again after accepting the mission. You will have to defeat him in battle to complete the mission.

You may use Fire and Ground-type Pokemon such as Camerupt and Excadrill to counter his Pokemon. His Trubbish and Roselia may try to Poison your Pokemon, so it is best to be wary of that as well.

The Rust Syndicate Grunt will give you a Poison Barb, 20 Mega Shards, as well as 2000 Pokemon Dollars upon clearing this quest.

The Poison Barb is a held item that can increase the power of your Pokemon's Poison-type moves.

Unlock the Holovator Behind the Grunt
Completing this side mission will also unlock the Holovator behind the Rust Syndicate Grunt. This will grant you access to a new rooftop area with new Pokemon and items for you to obtain.
