The best spot to hunt Shiny Pyroar is at Wild Zone 17 at Vert Sector 7, available after finishing Main Mission 24 and reaching Rank C.

Players can encounter a Shiny Lampent, Skarmory, Mawile, and Klefki in the area as well when attempting to hunt for a Shiny Pyroar.

How to Shiny Hunt

Wild Zone 17 Map Location
Fast travel to Wild Zone 17 and enter from the northeast entrance.

Wild Zone 17 Bench
Rest at the bench near the pride of Pyroars to reset the encounter until a Shiny spawns.

Note that Shiny Pokemon do not disappear when spawned. Players can repeatedly rest at the bench without risking missing the Shiny.

How to Manually Save
Save the game after the Shiny spawns. This acts as a failsafe in case players fail to capture or accidentally eliminate the Shiny Pyroar, despawning itself.
④ When failing to capture Shiny Pyroar, immediately return to HOME and exit the game. Reloading the game will allow players to reset at step 3 unless an autosave occurs.

Once you see a Shiny Pyroar, they will not despawn if you don't interact with them. However, some Pokemon may get nervous and flee, which does despawn them, so you should save your game before you attempt to catch the Shiny.

You can get the Shiny Charm as a milestone reward in Mable’s Research. The Shiny Charm increases the chances of encountering Shiny Pokemon.

Complete her requests to raise your level to Level 50 to receive the Shiny Charm.

How to Clear Mable's Research Rewards Fast

Use AoE Moves

As the pride of Pyroars are hard to isolate and will spam Earth Power once it spots the player, it is better to simply aggro all of them and use an AoE move such as Bulldoze or Earthquake to eliminate them in one go.

Note that aiming the Poke Ball will be difficult this way, as the Shiny will be surrounded by other Pyroar while the Alpha attacks the Trainer. Exercise caution when attempting the capture, and get ready to return to HOME immediately upon failure.
