How to Unlock Spewpa in the Museum
Progress to Main Mission 08
To unlock Spewpa in the Museum, you will first need to progress the story until you reach Main Mission 08, Reaching Rank V. Once you've defeated Lida and are free to roam Lumiose City, you can go and accept this Side Mission.

Spewpa in the Museum is a side mission from Bundo and Wanda, who can be found in Lumiose Museum. They can be found near a painting to the left of the reception counter.

Handrail Spewpa
There is a Spewpa found directly behind where Bundo and Wanda are. It can be seen on the handrail by the staircase.
Mega Lucario Statue Spewpa
Head to the section of the first floor that is to the right of the reception desk. You can find a Spewpa to the right of the Mega Lucario statue.
Spewpa Between the Sofas
Climb up the stairs where you found the handrail Spewpa. You will find a Spewpa in between two sofas.
Lumiose Hologram Spewpa
After finding the Spewpa between the sofas, climb up to the second floor. You can find a Spewpa on the hologram of Lumiose City.
Spewpa on a Sofa
On the second floor near the hologram of Lumiose City, there are two sofas nearby. There is a Spewpa sitting on the sofa on the right.
Survey Corps Display Spewpa
Enter the area to the left of the sofas where you found the sitting Spewpa. You will find another Spewpa inside the display showcasing the Galaxy Team Survey Corps outfits.
Crafting Bench Spewpa
Right across from the Galaxy Team Survey Corps display is another display case containing several Hisuian items. There is a Spewpa on the crafting bench inside the display.
General Store Spewpa
There is a model of a Hisuian general store beside the Survey Corps and Hisuian item displays. You can find one of the Spewpa inside the general store model.
Armor Spewpa
After finding the general store Spewpa, walk towards the Pokeball display then turn right. You will see a Spewpa inside a case displaying the Galaxy Team Commander's armor.
Spewpa by the Portraits
Turn to the wall near the armor display. There is a Spewpa by the hanging portraits.
Spewpa Between Legendary Statues
Turn to the opposite end of the room with the hanging portraits. You will see statues of Dialga and Palkia near a wall with glyphs on it. Between the statues is another Spewpa.
Pokeball Display Spewpa
Return to the hologram of Lumiose City, then turn to the Pokeball display nearby. You will see a Spewpa that has blended in.
Spewpa in the Museum Walkthrough
Find All 12 Spewpa
To complete this Side Mission, you will need to find all 12 Spewpa in the Lumiose Museum. Once every Spewpa has been found, you will immediately be warped to the first floor of the museum. There, Bundo and Wanda will give you the rewards.
Listen to Spewpa's Cry
A good way to tell if there's a Spewpa in the room or nearby is to listen to its cry. If you can't hear it, you're free to move on to the next room and check there instead!

Bundo and Wanda will reward you with Wise Glasses, 3 Normal Gems, as well as 3000 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
Spewpa That Evolves into Blue Vivillon
Another reward you can get from this mission is a special Spewpa. Specifically, while all Spewpa or Vivillon that you evolve or catch in the game are pink or Meadow Patterned, the Spewpa that you get from this Mission evolves into a blue or Marine Patterned Vivillon!
