Keep in mind the Pikachu spawns are just out of range of the building method, you’ll need to fast travel repeatedly to shiny hunt pikachu in area 3. There’s a guaranteed alpha pikachu on the roof of cafe bataille but it’s a pain to shiny hunt. You have to fast travel to said cafe, run to the leftside of the building, climb partway up the ladder until you hear the pikachu’s cry,(It didn’t spawn if you didn’t climb high enough to hear it’s cry!!!) and repeat the process until its shalpha
