To unlock Show the Power of Aurorus!, you will need to complete the main story and reach the post-game. Once that's done, a bunch of new Side Missions will unlock, including this one!

Aside from completing the main story, you will also need to complete Side Mission 027, Restored from a Fossil. This quest will unlock the ability to revive fossils, and you won't be able to get an Aurorus without doing this.

You can accept this quest from Nage, who's found outside the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue. You can fast travel to the nearby Vernal Pokemon Center to get to her quickly.

To complete this quest, you will need to use an Aurorus to defeat the Tyrantrum of Nage's brother, Renc. To get one, you will need to revive an Amaura from a Sail Fossil and level it up to Level 39 so that it can evolve at night.
if you didn't revive one during the Restored from a Fossil Side Mission, you can still purchase a Sail Fossil from the Stone Emporium for ₽20,000, and revive it at the Pokemon Research Lab.

Unless you've been using and levelling up an Aurorus, you will be very underlevelled for this fight. To have a chance of winning, you will need to level them up to 52, so that they can learn Blizzard. Also, teach them Protect, so that they can survive the first attack of the fight.
Alternatively, you can also teach it to them using the Blizzard TM at a lower level, but if you have Exp or Rare Candies to spare, it's still worth levelling them up for the bonus stats.

Once your Aurorus is ready, make sure they're the only Pokemon in your party and challenge Renc to a 1-on-1 against his Level 60 Tyrantrum. He will lead with Earthquake, so make sure to block that with Protect, and follow up with a super effective STAB Blizzard.
Depending on your Aurorus' Sp Atk stats, this should be enough to one-shot Tyrantrum and win the fight. However, if it survives, you should still be able to tank one hit and KO it with Ice Beam or Earth Power.
If you're having a hard time surviving Tyrantrum's initial onslaught, you can opt to walk and lead Aurorus out of range of their attacks so that they can fire back with long-range Ice Beams and Earth Powers when it's safe. Although this can be hard to do, it is a viable strategy if you can pull it off consistently.
