Collect Cards and Complete Missions

Collect Cards
Battle Cards are scattered throughout the nighttime Battle Zones in Lumiose City, and each one gives you a specific mission to accomplish. Finishing these missions while beating other trainers gives you additional Ticket Points that will help you get your Challenger's Ticket faster!

Sneak Up on Other Trainers

Sneak Up on Trainers
In Battle Zones, you can sneak up on opposing trainers and hit their Pokemon first before they notice. This allows you to deal damage before the battle starts, which can help end battles quickly and more decisively.

However, be wary of the awareness meter at the top of your screen, as opposing trainers will challenge you once the meter turns red and fills up.

What Are Ticket Points?

Get a Challenger

To earn the right to a Promotion Match in the Z-A Royale, you must first get a Challenger's Ticket, which you can earn by getting enough Ticket Points.

You can see the amount of Ticket Points you need by selecting Z-A Royale in the menu or after a Trainer battle in one of the nighttime Battle Zones.
