The list shows the fixed Alpha Pokemon that will spawn in the middle/central area of Wild Zone 20. Only two Alpha Pokemon can spawn on the zone at the same time. If you want to change what Alpha Pokemon spawns in the zone, you can fast travel to reset them.
When you defeat or catch an Alpha Pokemon, a replacement will appear at approxmiately 5 minutes in real-time. Additionally, after getting a Crown in this Wild Zone, there's a chance for each Pokemon inside the entire Wild Zone to spawn as an Alpha.

In the eastern section of this Wild Zone, you can find Benches that you can use to reset the time and reroll the Pokemon in the vicinity.
From these Benches, you can specifically reroll for the Shiny Water and Grass type starters nearby as well as the random Alpha Pokemon in the middle.

Alternatively, you can use the Benches at the northern part of the Wild Zone to hunt for a Shiny Scrafty or a Shiny variant of the Alpha Aggron nearby.
However, the Shiny water starters are beyond the 50-meter radius of the Bench where you can reroll for Shiny Pokemon, so you can't hunt for their Shiny variants from this bench.

You can also hunt for Shiny variants of the Fire starters and Lucario in Wild Zone 20 by repeatedly Fast Traveling to the Centrico Plaza travel spot.
However, these Fire starters only appear a few at a time, so if you want to hunt for more Shiny Pokemon aside from Charmander and Tepig, then you can run laps around Wild Zone 20 and manually respawn the Pokemon instead.

Wild Zone 20 is only available after completing the main story of the game. Once you complete Main Mission 38, Wild Zone 20 will appear at the Prism Tower.
