You can also hunt for Shiny Pokemon by using the teleporters in Lysandre Labs. Since the game loads each time you enter a teleporter, the Pokemon in the area also reset, allowing you to reroll for Shiny Pokemon in this area as well.
Lysandre Labs Map and Pokemon Locations

To efficiently hunt for Shiny Pokemon, it is advisable to reroll your encounters with the Pokemon in an area instead of going around different Wild Zones to find them.
To reroll an encounter, you can either Fast Travel or enter and exit an area to make the game load or skip the time using by resting on Bench.
