Find the Corvisquire next to the police officer in front of the building east of Wild Zone 16. Interact with it to acquire the Dirty Scarf and start the side mission.

Go to Botique Couture on Vernal Avenue at the Vert District. The closest fast travel point is the Pokemon Research Lab at the southern edge of the map. From there, head north and find Asami in front of Boutique Couture.

Talk to Asami and choose any of the dialogue options provided to progress the side mission.

Head to Academie Etoile in the Rouge District to find the person Corvisquire is looking for. You can fast travel to Wild Zone 3 and head east to reach Academie Etoile. Enter the archway entrance of the academy to activate a cutscene.

Destin's Pokemon are all much lower in level compared to the levels your team likely has, so battling him shouldn't be a problem. If you want to use a low-leveled team to make the fight more fair, it's recommended to include an Electric-type Pokemon in your party to take advantage of the Electric weakness of Destin's three Pokemon.

Once you are ready, speak with him to start the Pokemon battle. Defeat Destin to complete the side mission.
