How to Unlock A Big Ol' Bunnelby
Unlocked During The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower
A Big Ol' Bunnelby is one of three side missions that you are required to complete during main mission 5, The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower. You must talk to Emma at the Looker Bureau first before this mission becomes available.

A Big Ol' Bunnelby is a side mission from Trevelle, who can be found in Rouge Plaza near Wild Zone 3. Trevelle can be found with his Bunnelby next to a tree.
A Big Ol' Bunnelby Walkthrough
Go to the Alleyway Near Wild Zone 4
After accepting the quest from Trevelle, he will run to an alleyway in the northeast part of Rouge District, east of Wild Zone 4. If you activate guidance for this quest, the marker should appear on your map. Guidance can be activated by pressing the plus button (+) upon receiving the mission or by selecting it from the Mission List on the map.
Head to this location, and talk to Trevelle to find the big Bunnelby he's talking about.
Battle the Alpha Bunnelby
Fight the large Alpha Bunnelby using your Pokemon. It is recommended to use Fighting-type Pokemon or moves against this opponent. The Heracross you get from side mission 2, A Use for an Evolution Stone!, is highly recommended to make this battle easy, especially if you teach it Rock Smash.
You can catch the Alpha Bunnelby in a Poke Ball once its HP has been drained. Once it has been defeated or captured, Trevelle will give you your reward.
