  2. Head to the Rust Syndicate Headquarters
  3. Talk to Philippe to Perform a Special Scan

Obtain 25,000 Hyperspace Survey Points

Before heading to the Rust Syndicate Headquarters, you need to obtain 25,000 Hyperspace Survey Points.

You can obtain survey points when completing tasks while inside Hyperspace Wild Zones.

Enter the Rust Syndicate Headquarters and go through the elevator.

Talk to Philippe to Perform a Special Scan

Talk to Philippe

Talk to Philippe and select Let's get scanning!. You will receive a tutorial explaining that you can carry out special scans for 5-star hyperspace distortion and see them from the map.

The side mission completes once you close the map and watch the cutscene that plays after.
