How to Unlock Starmie on High
Progress Main Mission 35
To unlock Starmie on High, you need to progress Main Mission 35 and talk to Mable in the Pokemon Research Lab.
Only Available During the Daytime
This mission is only available in the daytime. This means that you cannot accept or complete this mission at night. You may change the time to daytime by resting on a bench.

You can start the Starmie on High mission by speaking to Cate in Magenta Street. She can be found by the section of Sarson Canal between Wild Zone 7 and Wild Zone 20. This Side Mission can only be accepted during daytime.
Starmie on High Walkthrough
Get a Starmie
Cate invites you to their nighttime gathering and asks you to bring your own Starmie! If you don't have one yet, you can catch a Staryu in Wild Zone 10 and evolve it with Water Stone or catch an already evolved Starmie in Wild Zone 16 at night.

Wait Until Nighttime
The meeting will be held at night. Since you accepted this mission during the day, you'll have to either wait until nighttime or sit on a bench to skip time. You can find a bench just north of the mission area.
Return to Cate with a Starmie
Make sure your Starmie is in your active party, then return to where you met Cate at the start of the mission. Watch the cutscene (while screaming "Staaar!!!") at the top of your lungs to complete the mission.

Completing Starmie on Height rewards you with ₽2,800, an Eviolite, and a Big Pearl.
Eviolite is a held item that can be given to a Pokemon that can still evolve to hold to increase their Defense and Sp. Def stats, while the Big Pearl is a treasure that you can sell for money.
