How to Get Chandelurite Mega Stone

Moves Breakdown

Psychic	Your main attacking move and will home onto enemies when cast.
Heat Wave	Used to score much points as possible by targeting enemies engaged in battles.
Energy Ball	Used to KO pesky Water and Ground-types like Excadrill, Gyarados, and Starmie.
Shadow Ball	If you don't knock out a Metagross with Heat Wave, this can finish it off.

This set focuses on having Chandelure deal as much damage to a wide variety of opponents as possible.

Other Viable Moves

Solar Beam	Can replace Energy Ball, but has a long wind-up time.
Will-O-Wisp	Can be used to cripple a lot of popular Physical attackers.
Curse	Can be used to force opponents to switch out, or get some free points even when you're knocked out.
Fire Blast	An alternative to Heat Wave meant more for dealing damage than scoring.
Protect	If you time it well, you can punish opponents by countering with another move.

EV Spread and Nature

A full 252 EVs are put into Chandelure's Special Attack and HP to make it hit as hard as possible and take a few hits. The extra 4 EVs are placed into Speed for quicker move cooldowns, but its negligible.

A Modest nature is preferred to help further increase Chandelure's Special Attack stat.
