Terror in the Sands immediately unlocks after reaching Hyperspace Mission 4 and exiting Hotel Z.

Enque can be found standing near the west gate of Wild Zone 8. Speak to her there and accept her request to begin the side mission!

Enter Wild Zone 8 and Defeat Sandygasts

After you've accepted the request from Enque, enter Wild Zone 8 to prompt a cutsccene. Once the cutscene ends, you will need to fight off a group of Sandygasts that emerged from the ground.

If you haven't caught one yet, you can try catching a Sandygast from this Side Mission. Once you've defeated the Sandygasts, head back to Enque's location to end the Side Mission and claim your rewards.
