You can talk to Furiko by Cafe Kizuna in order to accept this Side Mission. She is seated by one of the tables a bit to the north beside the cafe building.

After accepting this Side Mission, you may speak to Furiko again to initiate a battle. All of her Pokemon will use the move Metronome, which will turn into another random move.

Since all of her Pokemon are Fairy-type, it is ideal to bring Pokemon that know Poison or Steel-type moves. You may want to use several of these Pokemon in case one of them gets knocked out by super effective attacks.
