How to Unlock Siblings of the Sky
Complete Hyperspace Mission 12
Siblings of the Sky is unlocked after completing Hyperspace Mission 12, which marks the end of all the DLC Hyperspace Missions.
Mega Dimension DLC Story Walkthrough
Accept Mission From Brother and Sister

After completing Hyperspace Mission 12, an Unknown Hyperspace Zone will appear on the rooftop of Passage du Palais. Enter the pocket dimension to meet Brother and Sister, who you can speak with to start the side mission.
How to Reach the Passage du Palais Rooftop
Starting from Hotel Richissime, walk south and pass through an alleyway in between the two buildings in Rouge Sector 8. Enter through the archway on your right, then start climbing the scaffolding there until you reach the rooftop.
Walk north, then Roto-Glide onto the eastern tip of Passage du Palais' rooftop. Walk left, climb two consecutive ladders in front of you, then drop down to a small overhang and turn around to see the hyperspace distortion.

Consume a High Level Donut
Before entering the hyperspace distortion, make sure that you have a Donut that can boost your team by around 70–80 Levels or more, as they'll be battling against Level 200 Pokemon. We recommend crafting a 4- or 5-Star Donut with good substats that synergize well with your team.
Defeat Brother and Sister in a Pokemon Battle
 Mega Latios Mega Latios Weaknesses:

 Mega Latias Mega Latias Weaknesses:
2x: Resistances: 0.5x: Level 200 |
Brother and Sister will battle you with Level 200 Mega Latios and Mega Latias simultaneously. Both can be effectively countered with a strong Fairy-type Pokemon like Gardevoir, as they share a 2x weakness to its Fairy-type moves. Gardevoir's access to Draining Kiss and resistance to Psychic-type moves make it a highly sustainable choice in this fight.
The side mission will conclude after succesfully defeating both siblings, granting you all available rewards!

Completing this side mission rewards you with 5,000 Pokemon Dollars as well as a Latiosite and Latiasite which you can use to Mega Evolve Latios and Latias respectively.
Side Mission Does Not Reward Latios and Latias
While this side mission rewards you with the Mega Stones for Latios and Latias, it does not reward you both Legendary Pokemon. The only way to obtain them is through Special Scans.
This hyperspace survey mechanic unlocks after completing Side Mission 188, allowing you to run scans on hyperspace distortions for a chance to spawn random Mythic or Legendary Pokemon after spending 25,000 Hyperspace Survey Points.
