How to Unlock The Djinn Unbound
Complete Hyperspace Mission 12
The Djinn Unbound is unlocked after completing Hyperspace Mission 12, which marks the end of all the DLC Hyperspace Missions.

Side Mission 196 can be started by talking to your rival—either Urbain or Taunie—at the lobby of Hotel Z, just in front of the front desk. They will show you the Prison Bottle they found, causing Ansha's Hoopa to react and the side mission to start.
The Djinn Unbound Walkthrough
Go to the Passage de la Felicite Rooftop
The hyperspace distortion Corbeau wants you to investigate is located in a courtyard near Passage de la Felicite that is only accessible through the rooftops.
You can access this rooftop area by climbing the scaffolding of Bleu Sector 6, across from Wild Zone 10, or by using the Holovator along South Boulevard that can be unlocked through The Beldum Blockade quest.
Enter the Hyperspace Distortion
Once you're on the rooftops, make your way to the northeastern section of this rooftop block. You'll know you're in the right place if you look down and see a Swirlix-infested courtyard.
Jump or climb down to this area. The 5-star hyperspace distortion can be found on the wall to the west. Make sure you have the Pokemon and supplies you need before entering the distortion. This is expected to be a short trip, especially if you have a strong Bug-type Pokemon, so a 4-star donut should be enough.

It's recommended to bring strong Pokemon with Bug- or Fairy-type moves to deal with Hoopa Unbound. Physical attackers such as Scizor are ideal, since Hoopa's defense stat isn't very high. However, Hoopa Unbound has very high offensive stats, so it's recommended for your Pokemon to have Protect to shield itself from its attacks.
You cannot catch this Pokemon during this battle and must defeat it. Once it's been defeated, a cutscene will play where you'll use the Prison Bottle to confine Hoopa, and the mission will end.
The Djinn Unbound Rewards
Hoopa and the Prison Bottle
After completing this quest, the Hoopa you defeated will be added to your Boxes or to your party if you don't have a full team. It will be inside a regular Poke Ball, and it will be at level 80 in its Confined form.
However, you will have access to the Prison Bottle in your inventory, so you can change between its Confined and Unbound forms at any time.
