Cadena will say that she visited a hair salon, a cafe, and a battle court the day Klefki lost its keys. You are expected to find it using these hints.

The lost key can be found in the battle court in Vert Sector 4. It is found southeast of Cafe Classe and northeast of a hair salon, which matches with Cadena's description. Approach the shining red spot on the ground and interact with it to pick up the key.
