While hunting for a Shiny Dedenne, other possible Pokemon that can Shiny spawn are Emolga, Buneary, Bunnelby, Pansear, Absol, Ralts, Shuppet, Eevee, Abra, Feltchling, and Budew.

Hunt Map Location - How to Shiny Hunt
Fast travel to Quasartico Inc., follow the streets, and head towards the south to reach the north building of Magenta Sector 7.
② Once inside the courtyard of the north building of Magenta Sector 7, climb the ladder at the very inside to reach the rooftop.
③ If you do find a Shiny Dedenne, save your game, and try to catch it.

If you fail to find a Shiny Dedenne, you can spam rest on the bench at the north side of the rooftop. The bench is on the higher rooftop, near a ladder used to reach it.
