You first visit the Sewers as part of the story in Pokemon Legends Z-A, but you can revisit it by accepting a certain Side Mission. See where the sewer entrance is, how to revisit the sewers, and the Pokemon and TMs that can be found in the Sewers map.

Enter During Main Mission 19
During Main Mission 19: Reaching Rank D, you must head to the Sewers with Emma and Ivor to find Ivor's sister, Gwynn. However, you must first have a Pokemon that knows Ice Beam or can learn it through the TM found in Wild Zone 12.

How to Return to the Sewers
Unlock During The Camerupt Entrepreneur

| 1 |  Remember to bring a Pokemon that knows a Water type move or Confusion because you will need to clear purple grime obstructions. Fast travel to Cafe Woof in Bleu Sector 3 and head to the center in between the buildings. You should see a lady with an Audino to one side. |
| 2 |  Beside them you will find a path. Head down it and take the path to the left. |
| 3 |  Clear out the purple grimes and continue forward until you see a tunnel. |
| 4 |  Inside the tunnel, take another left then another left. |
| 5 |  Here, you'll encounter Herup, who offers a Side Mission you'd have to accept to gain access back into the Lumiose Sewers through the gate he's standing in front of. |
After your initial exploration of the Lumiose Sewers during Chapter 19, you'll need to accept the The Camerupt Entrepreneur Side Mission in Bleu Sector 3 to return and access previously inaccessible sections.

In addition to the main sewers area, there's a smaller section accessible during Main Mission 20. This area features the same Pokemon encounters, except for Ariados, and contains the Taunt TM at the far end.

Goomy and Waterfall Can't be Accessed the First Time Around
The area containing the Waterfall TM and a Goomy spawn point cannot be accessed on your initial trip to the Lumiose Sewers. You’ll need to return later after taking The Camerupt Entrepreneur Side Mission to access the sewers again.
Dragalge Can Spawn After 19
After going back to the sewers after Main Mission 19, Dragalage can spawn in rare occasion.

The Taunt TM is located in the western sub-area of the Lumiose Sewers, which becomes accessible during Main Mission 20. You’ll find the entrance to this section in the western part of the Saison Canal, near Magenta Sector 8.

Reach Main Mission 20
Although players enter the sewer during Main Mission 19, the Sewers' entrance can be unlocked after reaching Main Mission 20. Unlocking the entrance is tied to the side quest, The Camerupt Entrepreneur.
