To unlock Pleasing Aron's Palate, you need to progress Main Mission 35 and talk to Mable in the Pokemon Research Lab.

Use Sludge Bomb on the Scrap Metal

Use Sludge Bomb on the Scrap Metal
After speaking to Appee, you may use the move Sludge Bomb on the heap of scrap metal to complete the Side Mission. You may use a Trubbish, who can learn the move at Level 27.

Alternatively, you may obtain the TM through reaching Mable Research Level 32. You may use this to teach the move to Pokemon such as Gengar or Victreebel.

You will be rewarded with 5 Zinc bottles, a Power Band, as well as 3500 Pokemon Dollars upon clearing this side mission.

Zinc can increase your Pokemon's Sp. Def EVs. Meanwhile, the Power Band is a held item that increases your Pokemon's Sp. Def EV gain in exchange for lowering its Speed.
