The best spot to hunt Shiny Pikachu is at Wild Zone 3 at Rogue District, north of Lumiose City.

Gogoat, Pidgeotto, Spritzee, Budew, and Patrat can spawn as Shiny if you spam fast traveling to Wild Zone 3. Meanwhile, Litleo, Pancham, Gogoat, and Espurr spawns as Shiny too if you spam resting at the bench inside the Wild Zone.

How to Shiny Hunt

①
First, fast Travel to Wild Zone 3. Then, you will be teleported to the south entrance of the Wild Zone.

Spawning at the south entrance is very convenient, as it is where the Pikachu spawns in this Wild Zone.
② Look Inside Wild Zone 3 to check for Shiny Pikachu
Look towards the right side from the entrance to check if there are any Shiny Pikachu inside the Wild Zone.

This is one way to check for a Shiny Pokemon without having the risk of it fleeing away.
③ If there is a Shiny Pokemon inside, save your game first, then go inside to catch the Shiny Pokemon.

If there are no Shiny Pokemon visible, spam fast traveling at Wild Zone 3 until one appears.

You can also hunt for a Shiny Pikachu using by repeatedly resting on a bench. First, fast Travel to Wild Zone 3. Then, you will be teleported to the south entrance of the Wild Zone.

Spawning at the south entrance is very convenient, as it is where the Pikachu spawns in this Wild Zone.
⑤ Look Inside Wild Zone 3 to check for Shiny Pikachu
