How to Unlock An Extra-Large Gogoat
Progress Main Mission 20
Extra-Large Gogoat can be unlocked once you return to Hotel AZ after visiting the Rust Syndicate Office during Main Mission 20. Other side missions will also unlock alongside this.

An Extra-Large Gogoat is a side mission from Lugo, who can be found in Magenta Sector 8. He can be found along North Boulevard.
An Extra-Large Gogoat Walkthrough
Catch and Evolve an Alpha Skiddo
The easiest way to clear this mission is to catch and evolve an Alpha Skiddo. It will evolve into Gogoat at level 32.
Alpha Skiddo can be caught in Wild Zone 3. If you cannot find it, you may need to register every encounter in that area in your Pokedex. It spawns randomly, so it is not a guaranteed encounter. You may warp to another area before coming back to reset the encounters.
If you already have an XL or Alpha Gogoat that you're willing to give away, you may skip this step. Otherwise, you may try to obtain another one for this mission.
Give Lugo an Alpha Gogoat
Go back to North Boulevard to give the Gogoat to Lugo. Make sure you are alright with giving away the Gogoat, as it will never be returned to you. Once you have done this, you will obtain the rewards for the Side Mission.

Lugo will reward you with 10 Carbos as well as 8000 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
