The best spot to hunt Shiny Bellsprout is on the Magenta Sector 8 Rooftop at Magenta District.

Climb up the ladder south of Magenta Sector 9 to reach the rooftop, then Roto Glide to reach the northeast rooftop in Magenta Sector 8. Destroy the web to create a bridge towards the roof of Cafe Triste, then cross the bridge to reach Bellsprout's spawn location.

How to Shiny Hunt

Rest at the bench near the bridge repeatedly to reroll the encounters.

Note that a Shiny Pokemon does not disappear once it spawns. Players can safely rest continuously without the risk of missing the Shiny.
② After resting a few times, check if one of the five Bellsprouts spawned as a Shiny.
③ How to Manually Save
Save the game if a Shiny Bellsprout appears. This acts as a failsafe in case players fail the capture, which causes it to despawn and reset its Shiny status.

Otherwise, return to the bench and rest repeatedly again.

Once you see a Shiny Bellsprout, they will not despawn if you don't interact with them. However, some Pokemon may get nervous and flee, which does despawn them, so you should save your game before you attempt to catch the Shiny.
