How to Unlock Get ENERGIZED!
Defeat Gwynn During Main Mission 19
To unlock Get ENERGIZED!, you will need to progress through the story until you reach the point in Main Mission 19 where you'll have to defeat Gwynn. Once that's been done, this Side Mission will be unlocked.

You can accept this quest from Foco, who's located in the battle court beside Quasartico Inc. At this point in the story, you should already have it unlocked as a fast travel point, so you can teleport there to get to him quickly.

Defeat Foco and His High Crit Team

The gimmick for this fight is that Foco will combine Focus Energy, Scope Lens, and high crit moves for guaranteed critical hits.
However, you can easily KO his team while they're setting up, so use Flying-types with a secondary typing that deals with Sharpedo, like Hawlucha's Fighting, Vivillon's Bug, or Emolga's Electric, so you can OHKO them.
