How to Unlock Long-Range Moves Have Style
Progress to Main Mission 06
To unlock Long-Range Moves Have Style, you will need to progress the main story until you reach Main Mission 06, Reaching Rank X. This will unlock a bunch of new side missions, including this one!

You can accept this mission from Distan, who's located in a battle court west of Bleu Plaza and southwest from Wild Zone 5. If you've been to either of those locations already, you can fast travel there to quickly get to this quest.

Defeat Distan in a Pokemon Battle
 Binacle

To complete this quest, you will need to defeat Distan in a Pokemon Battle. It's recommended to grind exp and level up your team first since he uses a Fire-Water-Grass trio that are all Lv. 16.
EXP Farming Guide: How to Level Up Fast
Use Heracross and an Electric-Type Pokemon
The best Pokemon to use for this battle are the Heracross that you get from Side Mission 2 and any Electric-type Pokemon, like Pikachu or Flaaffy. Heracross can easily deal with the Binacle and Skiddo, but you need a second Pokemon that can deal with the Fletchling that is super effective against the Heracross.
As a note, you can also use a strong Rock-type Pokemon to target Fletchling's weakness to Rock, but they will then be weak to Binacle and Skiddo's Water and Grass attacks.
