How to Unlock Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon
Unlock Main Mission 38
Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon unlocks as you reach Main Mission 38: The Future of Lumiose City. This mission becomes available after the credit roll in Main Mission 37, the end of the main story.

You can start Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon by simply heading to the Vert Pokemon Center. Bien is the clerk or attendant there, so just approach her to start the mission.
Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon Walkthrough
Bring a Steel-type Pokemon
Steel is the common weakness of Bien’s team. It’s the weakness of both her Avalugg and Clefable, and it’s also immune to Roserade’s Toxic. A Pokemon with a Steel and either Fighting or Ground typing will also help you deal with her Heliolisk.
Bien also runs a gimmick where she uses healing moves such as Moonlight and Morning Sun, making it necessary to go full-on offensive. Having a team above Level 70 should help you one-shot all her Pokemon.
Once you're ready, you can challenge Bien by talking to her. You’ll find the battle option just below the standard healing and shopping options in the menu. This becomes available as soon as you start the quest!

Lucario and Excadrill are Recommended
Lucario and Excadrill are top choices for this fight. Both can tank all of her offenses thanks to their typing and share the same immunity to Poison.
You can also use Mega Lucario or Mega Excadrill if you have access to them to gain an extra buff in combat. This, along with their Plus Moves, should help you one-shot all of Bien’s team, preventing her from healing.

Once the battle starts, lead with Excadrill and use any Ground-type moves to target her Heliolisk’s weakness. Stay in when she sends out Clefable, as it mainly uses Fairy-type moves such as Moonblast, which Excadrill resists.
Lucario can come in next if she sends out Roserade, who may use Toxic. You can use Aerial Ace or Ice Punch to target its weakness, but make sure to keep a Steel and Fighting-type move such as Close Combat and Bullet Punch for Avalugg later on.

Completing Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon rewards you with ₽4,500, a Lucky Egg, five Full Restores, and two Max Revives.
Lucky Egg is a held item that boosts EXP gains, while the Full Restores and Max Revives are recovery items used to fully heal a Pokemon and revive a fainted one to full HP, respectively.
