How to Unlock A Rematch with Hawlucha!
Unlock Main Mission 20
A Rematch with Hawlucha! can be unlocked by reaching Main Mission 20: A Request from the Rust Syndicate. Simply head to Hotel Z after reaching Rank D in Mission 19 to unlock this quest, along with the other side missions.

A Rematch with Hawlucha! can be started by talking to Dora on the rooftops at Magenta Sector 3. To reach her, you need to use the holovator at the corner of Estival Avenue and navigate the rooftops of Magenta Sector 3 until you reach Dora.

Approach Hawlucha and start the battle once you are ready. You'll be fighting the same Hawlucha from A Rogue Mega Hawlucha Main Mission, but in its non-Mega state.
Like in your previous fight (or in any Hawlucha fight), one of the best Pokemon to use against it is Gardevoir as it can exploit Hawlucha's weakness to Fairy and Psychic moves. Both Gardevoir's types are also resistant to Fighting-type moves, which will make most of Hawlucha's attacks very ineffective.

Completing A Rematch with Hawlucha! rewards you with ₽2,500, a Focus Sash, and 5 Coba Berries.
A Pokemon holding a Focus Sash allows it to endure a KO once per battle, giving it a chance to heal or unleash its final move. A Coba Berry can also be held by Pokemon to weaken one super effective Flying-type move it receives while consuming it in the process.
