Defeat the Rogue Mega Pokemon in Main Mission 20

Mega Ampharos

The Best Use of Leftovers can be unlocked by progressing Main Mission 20: A Request from the Rust Syndicate, specifically after defeating the set of Rogue Megas and returning to Hotel Z. The Rogue Megas you need to defeat are Mawile, Barbaracle, and Ampharos.

After accepting this Side Mission, you can speak to Seizi once more to initiate a battle.Her Pokemon will all be holding the Leftovers item. This means that their HP will recover periodically throughout the battle.

It may be good to bring Grass or Water-type Pokemon such as Victreebel and Slowbro for the type advantage.
