How to Unlock Trubblesome Patrons
Complete Main Mission 9
This Side Mission is available after completing Main Mission 9. You will need to defeat the Rogue Mega Absol and battle your rival in Main Mission 10.

Trubblesome Patrons is a side mission from Fumi, who can be found in Magenta Sector 4. Fumi can be found in front of the entrance to Cafe Pokemon-Amie.
Trubblesome Patrons Walkthrough
Receive the Bag of Tasty Trash
After accepting the Side Mission, you may talk to Fumi again. She will give you a bag of Tasty Trash that will give you the ability to have the Trubbish follow you.
Lead the Trubbish to the Trash Cans
Head down the street to the southwest of Cafe Pokemon-Amie until you find the trash cans. Keep in mind that your character will be forced to walk slow while the Trubbish follow them.
Once you reach the trash cans, interact with them to place the Tasty Trash. The Trubbish will stay in that area afterwards.

Fumi will reward you with 2 Rare Candies, 5 Dusk Balls as well as 1200 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
Unlocks Friendship Checker NPC
Successfully escorting the Trubbish away from the establishment opens the cafe for business, bringing all of the customers back, including the Friendship Checker NPC.
Talking to the Friendship Checker NPC will prompt you to select a Pokemon from your Team or Boxes to have her examine the Pokemon's Friendship Level towards you.
