How to Unlock On Maintenance Duty
Unlock Main Mission 19
To unlock On Maintenance Duty, you will need to progress through the game until you unlock Main Mission 19, Reaching Rank D. Once that's been done, you will unlock this Side Mission.

On Maintenance Duty is a side mission from Durstin, who can be found in Bleu Sector 7. Durstin can be found along South Boulevard.
On Maintenance Duty Walkthrough
Give Durstin a Drink
You must give Durstin a drink such as Fresh Water, Soda Pop, Lemonade, or Moomoo Milk.
Once you do this, Durstin will fix the Holovator behind him, making it available to use.
Purchase Drinks from Stalls
Drinks can be bought from stalls, which you can find by simply roaming around, though they won’t appear on the map. The nearest one for this side mission is in Bleu Sector 5, on the west side of Wild Zone 12, just above Nouveau Cafe (Truck No. 2).
Another nearby drinks kiosk can be found along South Boulevard across from the Pokemon Center by the intersection with Bleu Street. Alternatively, you can also obtain drinks as rewards from Side Missions.

Durstin will reward you with a Serious Mint, 10 Chilan Berries as well as 800 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
Unlock a Holovator
Completing this side mission will also unlock the Holovator behind Durstin. This will grant you access to a new rooftop area with new Pokemon and items for you to obtain.
