The best spot to hunt Shiny Emolga is on the Magenta Sector 8 Rooftop at Magenta District.

Climb up the ladder south of Magenta Sector 9 to reach the rooftop, then Roto Glide to reach the northeast rooftop in Magenta Sector 8, where Emolga is located. Destroy the web to create a bridge towards the roof of Cafe Triste, where the bench is found to reroll for the Shiny.

How to Shiny Hunt

Emolga in Magenta Sector 8 Rooftop
Rest at the bench near the bridge repeatedly to reroll the encounters.

Note that a Shiny Pokemon does not disappear once it spawns. Players can safely rest continuously without the risk of missing the Shiny.
② After resting a few times, check if Emolga spawned as a Shiny.
③ How to Manually Save
Save the game if a Shiny Emolga appears. This acts as a failsafe in case players fail the capture, which causes it to despawn and reset its Shiny status.

Otherwise, return to the bench and rest repeatedly again.

Shiny Emolga can be hunted on the Magenta Sector 7 Rooftop at Magenta District.

Abra, Buneary, Bunnelby, Pansear, Absol, Ralts, Shuppet, Eevee, Spinarak, Fletchling, and Budew can spawn as a Shiny within the vicinity as well.

How to Shiny Hunt

①
Quasartico Inc to Magenta Sector 7
Fast travel to Quasartico Inc. and head to the building north of Magenta Sector 7.
② Head inside the courtyard and climb the ladder to reach the rooftop.
③ Rest at the bench repeatedly to reset Emolga's spawn nearby.
④ After resting a few times, head to the rooftop east of Cafe Triste and climb the ladder. Look around the corner to see if Shiny Emolga apppeared.
⑤ Save the game if Shiny Emolga spawned before attempting a capture.

Otherwise, return to the bench and rest at the bench again.

Shiny Emolga can spawn near the Magenta Sector 9 rooftop. Climb up the ladder inside the courtyard of Magenta Sector 9 to reach the rooftop, then head to the southeast bench to reroll for Shinies.

Players have a chance to encounter a Shiny Eevee, Gastly, Flabebe, Alpha Kakuna, Weedle, and Fletchling while hunting for a Shiny Emolga at this location.

How to Shiny Hunt

Quasartico Inc. Location
Fast travel to Quasartico Inc. and head west, towards the courtyard of Magenta Sector 9.
② Climb up the ladder south of the courtyard to reach the rooftop.
③ Head west to find the bench and rest repeatedly to reroll the Emolga spawn nearby.
④ After resting a few times, head south, towards the rooftop next to Cafe Triste. Climb up the ladder and check the corner near the web bridge to see if a Shiny Emolga appeared.

Save the game if Shiny Emolga spawned. Otherwise, return to the bench in Magenta Sector 9 to rest again.

Once you see a Shiny Emolga, they will not despawn if you don't interact with them. However, some Pokemon may get nervous and flee, which does despawn them, so you should save your game before you attempt to catch the Shiny.
