How to Unlock Sableye in the Cemetery
Unlocked During The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower
Sableye in the Cemetery is one of three side missions that you are required to complete during main mission 5, The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower. You must talk to Emma at the Looker Bureau first before this mission becomes available.

Sableye in the Cemetery is a side mission from Moire, who can be found on Rouge Street near Wild Zone 4. Moire can be found outside Wild Zone 4's entrance.
Sableye in the Cemetery Walkthrough
Enter Wild Zone 4
After accepting the mission from Moire, you will have to head to the Dormez Bien Cemetery. It is located inside Wild Zone 4, so you will have to enter the area to find the Sableye.
You will encounter Ghost, Dark, and Poison-type Pokemon inside, so it may be good to have Pokemon on hand that counter these types.
Find and Battle the Sableye
Sableye can be found in the northeast area of Wild Zone 4. If you have guidance activated for this mission, the location will be marked on your map.
Once you arrive there, you will be prompted to investigate. Afterwards you will have to fight the Sableye. You can catch it in a Poke Ball once its HP has been drained.
Once the Sableye has been defeated or captured, you will obtain the Cherished Ring.
Bring a Fairy-type Pokemon
As Moire suggested, bring a Fairy-type Pokemon before challenging Sableye in battle, since Fairy is its only weakness. Due to its Ghost typing, Normal and Fighting moves will be ineffective, and its Dark typing also nullifies Psychic-type moves.
Flabébé is a great Pokemon to bring for this fight since you can get it early in Wild Zone 3. If you started with Chikorita, you can also use its Disarming Voice move, which it learns at level 9, to take advantage of Sableye’s weakness.
Speak to Moire
Return to Moire to return the Cherished Ring to her. She will give you the reward afterwards.

Moire will reward you with 2 Revives as well as 4000 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
Sableye
This mission allows you to catch Sableye early in the game, which is useful if you're looking to use Mega Sableye in your playthrough.
Sableye can normally be found in Wild Zone 9, which isn't available until later on in the game. This is the only Sableye you can encounter early on, so be sure to save before fighting it. Defeating or failing to catch it will permanently remove it from the area.
