With the Shiny Charm, you can increase your chances of finding shiny pokemon in the wild. Shiny pokemon are rare variants with different color palettes and will usually sparkle when sent out.

A good indicator that you’ve found a shiny pokemon is when you hear a distinct sound and see it continuously sparkle in the overworld, the latter being a new feature in Legends: Z-A.
