How to Unlock Show Me a Mega Medicham!
Complete Show Me a Mega Sableye!
To unlock Show Me a Mega Medicham!, you will need to complete the previous mission in this quest line, Show Me a Mega Sableye! Once that's done, this side mission will automatically be accepted.
Do note, however, that you will need to progress to Main Mission 14 first before Show Me a Mega Sableye! and this quest line is unlocked.

As mentioned earlier, this quest will automatically be accepted as soon as you complete Show Me a Mega Sableye! This mission takes place in the exact same area and still has Arden as the quest requester.
Show Me a Mega Medicham! Walkthrough
Catch a Meditite and Evolve Them
Before you start this quest, you will need a Medicham in your party. If you don't have one yet, you can go to Wild Zone 6 to catch a Meditite and level them up to 37 so that they evolve into a Medicham.
Wild Zone 6 Pokemon and How to Unlock
Purchase and Give the Medichamite
Once you've obtained your Medicham, make sure to give them the Medichamite so that they can Mega Evolve during battle. You can purchase it at the Stone Emporium, which is located near Arden, for ₽50,000.
Fight Arden with Mega Medicham
When you're ready, head back to Arden so that you can fight her with your Mega Medicham. It's recommended to Mega Evolve them instantly so that you don't forget and have to fight her again.
As a note, you don't need to use Mega Medicham for the entirety of the battle, and you just need to summon and Mega Evolve them to fulfil the requirements for this quest.

Aside from the monetary reward of 5,000 Poke Dollars, you also get 2 Lemonades, which can be used to heal your Pokemon, and an Exp. Candy M, which will give a moderate amount of experience to a Pokemon.
New Contact Lenses
Completing this quest will also unlock new color contact designs to use for your character's eyes. Specifically, you will unlock the "Cyber" and "Poke Ball" designs from this mission.
You can change your character's appearance by opening the menu and pressing "-" to open Outfits, and then press "ZR" to change your looks.
