How to Unlock Pancham the Courier
After Rogue Mega Evolutions Appear in Main Mission 26
Pancham the Courier unlocks after reaching Main Mission 26, specifically after the appearances of the Rogue Mega Pokemon: Mega Altaria, Mega Venusaur, and Mega Froslass.

You can start Pancham the Courier by talking to Andi in front of Racine Construction in South Boulevard. She can be seen talking to a man accompanied by an Aggron.
Pancham the Courier Walkthrough
Bring a Water or Fighting-type Pokemon
Water and Fighting are the common weaknesses of Dolean's team. Consider bringing Pokemon that can use both types of moves. However, keep in mind that he also has an Abomasnow, a Grass type that can deal heavy damage to any Water type you bring, especially if they don’t have a secondary type that cancels out the weakness.
The side mission also features a multi-battle where Andi teams up with you to defeat Dolean. She wouldn't be too much of a help, so you can focus on your own offenses.
Heracross and Gyarados are Recommended
Heracross is a great Pokemon to consider because of its typing. It has a strong advantage against both Abomasnow and Aggron, and it isn't weak to Hippowdon.
It can also learn a variety of Fighting-type moves and Bullet Seed to target Hippowdon’s Grass weakness. You can get a Heracross as early as Main Mission 5 in the A Use for an Evolution Stone! side mission, where you trade a Pikachu for one.
Gyarados can also serve as a strong alternative. It can target Aggron and Hippowdon’s weakness to Water, and Abomasnow’s weakness to Flying. It’s also immune to Ground moves thanks to its Flying typing. Just be careful starting with it, since Aggron can hit its weakness to Rock!

Lead with Heracross and hit Aggron with any strong Fighting-type move such as Close Combat. Do the same when Abomasnow enters next, or hit it with a Bug-type move such as Megahorn.
You can switch to Gyarados when Dolean sends out Hippowdon and hit it with any powerful Water-type move such as Waterfall. Just don’t Mega Evolve Gyarados, as that removes its Flying typing and makes it vulnerable to Ground-type moves.

Lure Dolean's Pokemon Toward You
As mentioned above, Andi will offer to help you in this fight, but both her Pancham and Carbink are quite fragile.
Try to lure Dolean’s Pokemon toward yours to keep them safe during battle. While it’s not required to keep her team healthy, their support can help you finish the fight faster, especially Pancham, since it can target some of Dolean’s weaknesses.

Completing Pancham the Courier rewards you with ₽1,200, a Lemonade, and two Lumiose Galettes.
Both are recovery items. Lemonade restores 70 HP to your Pokemon, while a Lumiose Galette can cure any status condition.
