Patch 2.0.0 for Pokemon Legends: Z-A was released on December 9, 2025 making the Mega Dimension DLC playable for those who have purchased it. Read on to learn the full patch notes for this update and when it released.

Mega Dimension DLC Now Playable

Version 2.0.0 Patch Notes
・Players who have purchased the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension DLC (sold separately) can now enjoy its additional story content.

・To progress through the story of the Mega Dimension DLC, you must first have completed the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

・Players who have not purchased the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension DLC can still encounter or obtain the Pokémon added to Mega Dimension via communication features.

・Several issues have been fixed.

Version 2.0.0 now grants access to players who have purchased the Mega Dimension DLC, as well as those planning to buy it. Players who choose not to purchase the DLC can still encounter the new Pokemon or obtain them through trading.

In addition, several minor bugs and issues have been addressed and fixed in this update.
