How to Unlock Hit and Heal

Defeat Josee During Main Mission 19

Josee Main Mission 19
To unlock Hit and Heal, you will need to progress through the story until you reach the point in Main Mission 19 where you'll have a rematch against Josee. Once you've gathered enough Ticket Points for a Challenger's Ticket and defeated her, you will unlock this Side Mission.

You can accept this quest from Piresse, who's found outside the shopping center, Galerie de la Lune, in Rouge Sector 2. The Centrico Pokemon Center's nearby, so you can fast travel there to get to her quickly.

To complete this quest, you will simply need to defeat Piresse and her team. It's recommended to use Talonflame for this fight since this Pokemon heavily resist and minimize the healing from her team's moves, and both of its STABs hit her team for super effective damage.
