Unlock Main Mission 31

You will need to unlock Main Mission 31 before you can unlock The Beldum Blockade. To do this, you must return to Hotel Z after defeating Jacinthe.

Along South Boulevard near Bleu Sector 8

Approach the Holovator on the South Boulevard near Bleu Sector 8 to see a bunch of Beldum blocking the Holovator. Aimant will appear saying that he wants to chase them off but there are 4 of them.

To get to the Holovator quickly, fast travel to Cafe Soleil which is just walks away from the Holovator.

Aimant

The gist of this mission is very straightforward as you only need to approach the Holovator to fight the 4 Beldum. Despite all Beldum being Level 49, the fight is easy overall. You can use Ground, Ghost, Dark, and Fire-type Pokemon to make it easier as Beldum is weak to these elements.
