In front of Lysandre Cafe

Head to Lysandre Cafe, and talk with an individual called Dixan so that you can begin the Side Mission.

  1. Head to Noveau Cafe Truck No. 3
  2. Go Back to Lysandre Cafe
  3. Defeat Trois and Mait

Head to Noveau Cafe Truck No. 3

Dixan

Once you've accepted the request from Dixan, you will be prompted to contact either Grisham or Griselle for more information about the former information about the cafe. You can choose either one, and they will tell you to head towards Noveau Cafe Truck No. 3.

The cafe is located just south of Wild Zone 7, so proceed to the truck and talk to Dixan who amazingly has fast travel powers too given that he's already there before you. Talk to Dixan so you can start a cutscene with you two talking to Trois.

Go Back to Lysandre Cafe

Trois
Trois will tell you that she knows about the former barista that used to work on Lysandre Cafe. She will tell you to go back to Lysandre Cafe so that you two could meet up with the former barista.

Once you get back to Lysandre Cafe, you will encounter Trois and Mait. He will tell you that he's a bit rusty to roast coffee beans, so a Pokemon battle should whip him back to shape for some reason.

Trois and Mait will be using Liepard and Scrafty for their first Pokemon, so reciprocate in kind by taking out your Fighting- or Fairy-type Pokemon.

Once beaten, the two will bring out Flareon and Houndoom, so best to bring out Water- or Ground-type Pokemon to deal with them fast.

After the battle, a cutscene will begin. Finish the cutscene to complete the Side Mission and earn your rewards.
