Mime Jr.'s First Big Job unlocks after defeating Korrina in a Pokemon battle during the events of Hyperspace Mission 1.

You can get Side Mission 127: Mime Jr's First Big Job from Trice, who can be found in front of the mailbox at the post office in Vert Sector 1.
The closest fast travel point is Nouveau Cafe. From here, head east, then turn right once you see the Saison Canal. The post office has a large yellow sign with a Gogoat on it.
Mime Jr.'s First Big Job Walkthrough
Follow Mime Jr.
Talk to Trice again once you're ready to escort Mime Jr. Follow behind Mime Jr., but try to leave a gap between you two, so you don't look too creepy. Make sure you don't stay too far away. Otherwise, Mime Jr. will despawn and you will have to redo the mission.
You can walk or run at a normal pace while following Mime Jr. You do not need to crouch nor hide. As long as you're staying behind Mime Jr. at a respectable distance, this mission should be easy to complete.
Defeat the Wild Pokemon Blocking the Way

Along the way, Mime Jr. will be blocked by a Krokorok and two Sandile. Defeat them all to clear the way.
If your party is full of Level 100 Pokemon, you can defeat them easily with any good attack. If you have Pokemon closer to their levels in your party, you may want to use Water-, Grass-, Ice-, Fighting-, Bug-, or Fairy-type moves to deal with Krokorok and Sandile.
Follow Mime Jr. to the Postbox
Once you defeat the wild Pokemon, Mime Jr. will continue heading to the postbox in Jaune Sector 6. Follow Mime Jr. again as it makes its way. Once it reaches the postbox and collects the mail, you'll automatically return to Trice in front of the post office.
