Fidough Loves Walks! unlocks in Lumiose City after you unlock Hyperspace Mission 3 during the DLC's main story and meet with Corbeau.

Bread stall on Jaune Street

You can get Side Mission 136 from Promme, who is manning a lone bakery stall along Jaune Street. Talk to her to accept this quest.

The closest fast travel point is the Jaune Pokemon Center. From here, go up the stairs to Jaune Street and follow the road until find the bakery stall to your left.

If Promme has dialogue about Berries instead of the side quest, talk to her first to receive the Berry, then talk to her again to get the side mission.

Take Fidough on a Walk

Fidough meeting Maschiff while on its walk
Talk to Promme again once you're ready to take Fidough on a walk. Promme will tell you their usual route, which goes around Wild Zone 19. Don't worry if you weren't paying attention! Fidough knows the way, so you can just follow it, and have it take you on a walk instead during this mission.

Some people may come and say hi to you and Fidough as you go on your walk. However, there isn't anything you really need to do or worry about. Simply enjoy your walk with Fidough until it's time to return to Promme.
