Hyperspatial Scuffle vs. the Team Flare Nouveau! Is a side mission that unlocks upon reaching Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 4 in the Hyperspace Missions. Speak to Corbeau in the Rust Syndicate Office to continue entering Hyperspace zones!

After unlocking Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 4, an Unknown Hyperspace Zone will appear on the map, located on the side of the building behind Nouveau Cafe. Grisham and Griselle can be found upon entering the Hyperspace, where you can speak with them to start the side mission.

Emma will be joining you after speaking with Grisham and Griselle, and she'll be helping you in the battle against Team Flare Nouveau. Grisham and Griselle's teams will consist of Level 143–145 Pokemon, so be sure to consume a Donut that can raise your team's level by at least 36–39 while already being at the maximum level of 100.
As Grisham and Griselle's Pokemon happen to share nearly the same weaknesses, having an effective Ground-type in your team like Camerupt or a Water-type like Feraligatr could give you an advantage against thier lineup. The side mission will conclude after defeating Team Flare Nouveau!
