Pichu evolves into Pikachu at high friendship. Once evolved, use Thunder Stone to evolve into Raichu to reach Pichu's final evolution.

How to Increase Pichu's Friendship Fast

Equip Soothe Bell and Go to Cafes

It is recommended to have your Pichu hold a Soothe Bell in order for its friendship growth to increase by an extra 50% every time it levels up. You can obtain this after completing the sub mission, "Some Friendly Competition".

You can increase friendship by going to cafes, using Vitamins or Feathers, and walking around with Pichu.

Since Pichu is a Fast Special Attacker, it's best Nature is either Modest or Timid to boost its Special Attack or Speed further, while reducing its Attack stat.

You can also give Pichu either Mild or Rash nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.
