Has the user move in the designated direction in a single bound, dealing damage to any opposing Pokemon it hits while leaping and leaving them unable to act for a short time. When the user lands, the shock from landing creates a cloud of dust at the point of impact that deals damage over time and decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokemon within the area of effect. If this move is used again while the user is in the cloud of dust, opposing Pokemon in front of the user will be pulled closer to it. Furthermore, while the user is in the cloud of dust, it takes reduced damage and can ignore the Defense and shield effects of opposing Pokemon.
Use Sand Tomb at strategic locations to zone out enemies, especially when trying to secure boss Pokemon. Since the cloud deals damage over time, use Sand Tomb on allied goals to prevent enemies from scoring points. Alternatively, using Sand Tomb on enemy goals is a great way to push lanes.
As much as possible, keep the fight inside the sand storm so you can take advantage of the damage reduction, and the Defense and shield penetration.
Activate Tyrannical Rampage while fighting inside the cloud to help you knock out targets faster. The AoE attacks and extra Sand Stream activations will ensure that opponents cuaght in the area of effect will be constantly pressured.
You can use Sand Tomb to leap over walls, allowing you to make offensive and defensive plays. Use it to surprise opponents and cut off their movement.
Always use Sand Tomb's second activation for extra crowd control and damage. Doing so will allow you to pull enemies towards you so you can hit them easily. It is best used to set up Stone Edge you are well within range.

1.14.1.6 | Time it takes to use the second stage shortened. Stun duration increased from 1s to 1.5s. Slow effect increased from 25% to 35%. |
